More and more with iOS devices, we are seeing new permissions that are required by Apple for apps like ours. Unfortunately, the way they pop up on the phone, often customers accidentally click past them or even press "Use Once" instead of allowing permissions any time they use the app.
For apps like Watts 2.0, this can mean that your phone or tablet will no longer connect to your device because iOS is blocking our app from working on your phone properly.
No worries though! It is a very easy fix!
On your iOS Devices, go to Settings > Watts 2.0
This will open the permission settings for the Watts 2.0 app. Make sure all toggles are set to on, and any permissions that ask when to be enabled, make sure it is says "always" or "when using the app".
Not having these permissions enabled will stop your device from working properly with your WATTS controller.
