Is there a warranty on Watts Led Lighting system? What does it cover?
We have one of the best warranties in the industry. We give 5 years parts warranty for the lights.
While some systems offer a lifetime warranty on the lights, some charge a larger fee on the service charge for out-of-warranty replacement of the lights. As the lights are the least expensive part of the system, individually, they just put the cost of the lights into the larger service fee that they charge you. We offer fair, and as minimal as we can after service rates and so does our dealer network. Our 5 year warranty showcases our dedication to the quality of our product.
The service charge for an out-of-warranty repair is dependant on the dealer and city in which you purchased your lights. Please contact your dealer for their rates.
